We stayed at The Wheeldale over the bank holiday weekend to celebrate our first wedding anniversary, and it couldn't have been more perfect. The room was spotless, super comfy, and offered absolutely stunning views — such a treat to wake up to! We were pleasantly surprised to find breakfast was included, and it was spot on every morning. The location is ideal, just a lovely walk into Whitby, which we did each time. All the staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel really welcome. Thank you so much for having us — we’ll definitely be back!
Great stay at The Wheeldale. Very friendly, helpful staff. Room was lovely and bathroom had a jacuzzi, very nice indeed. Breakfast was lovely and substantial.
Good hotel with prime location in the north promenade on the west cliff. Very good breakfast.
