Charming historic B&B near McCormick Place. Elegant rooms, great breakfast, quiet vibe. Perfect for a cozy, boutique stay.
We inquired about a tour while a female staff member was escorting an other tour out. She was quite frosty in her response and told us to go online to schedule. We asked for a brochure and she went in and never returned with one. We could not find the tour online and rang the bell for more information but no one responded after multiple rings.
DO NOT BOOK THROUGH EXPEDIA!!! Completely nonrefundable and the trip insurance I bought did not cover the trip at all. Horrible awful experience will never book Wheeler Mansion or use Expedia ever again.
