Booked this hotel as its only 3 miles from our friends wedding party Arrived July 30th appx 4.30pm after a 5 hour drive We were greeted at reception and shown to our room number 3 . Porch door and inner door were explained along with details of breakfast times etc Our room was the Disabled facility Twin room ..which we assumed due to availability..busy season. The room was big enough for two cosy and car parking at our front door was a bonus. Room was well equipped with fan hair drier tv tea n coffee digital safe mini fridge..huge wet room . Room was very clean beds comfy. We ate in the bar lounge on thier lite bites menu which was really very good Breakfast served at table by the lovely Lieah with a smile . The breakfasts are fantastic great menue very tasty ..all the food is excellent The main bar is cosy and relaxing great place to meet and chat over drinks The grounds are well kept large beer garden and nature walk If we ever return to this part of England we would definitely book again Thanks to all staff all smiling very friendly very professional.
Today we had the most loveliest roast out in a very long time! The setting is beautiful and the food is amazing! The staff couldnt be more helpful and polite if they tried! We look forward to telling all of our friends and coming back very soon! Highly recommended!!
My partner and I enjoyed a fantastic afternoon in the gardens at The White Hart, soaking up the sun and relaxing with a beverage or two. We then had a superb 5-star roast dinner with outstanding service. The only small hiccup was that there appeared to be only one member of staff behind the bar, which resulted in a longer-than-expected wait when we first arrived to order drinks to enjoy outside. However, we had a great chat with the bar manager, who demonstrated impressive knowledge of the local area and the spirits stocked at the bar. Overall, it was a lovely experience, and we will definitely be returning for an overnight stay. We've already recommended The White Hart to several friends!
