The White Palace Rabat

We’ve visited this restaurant many times, and every time has been an excellent experience. A special thank you to Driss, who always provides outstanding service—polite, professional, and genuinely attentive. He takes the time to explain the menu and makes sure we feel completely comfortable and well cared for. The food and drinks are always high quality, and the place itself is beautiful, with a lovely view and a warm, relaxing atmosphere. Driss truly enhances the whole experience, and he deserves the highest praise and recognition

Stunning space, but disappointing menu and desserts I visited this restaurant/coffee shop in Rabat and was truly impressed by the breathtaking interior — the design and ambiance are exceptional, one of the best I’ve seen. However, the menu is very weak and lacks appeal. I also tried the desserts, and unfortunately, they were not good at all. It’s a real shame because the place has so much potential. I really hope they work on improving the food to match the beauty of the space.

I've previously stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, the experience fell far short of expectations. The services provided do not in any way reflect the rating it has been given. It is unacceptable for a five-star hotel to still rely on traditional keys for guest room access. Moreover, the breakfast was extremely limited and underwhelming, adding further disappointment to my stay. Overall, the experience was unsuccessful, and I do not believe the hotel justifies the inflated price it charges per night
