The Whitehall Houston

This is a very nice affordable place to stay while visiting Houston. The front desk greet you with smiles and are eager to help. What really stood out was the outside bar. They have mist fans to help keep you cool and the bartender, Jose, was very attentive and even laughed at my jokes, so 11/10 for his service. I will recommend staying here or just stopping by the outside bar to see No Way Jose 🤠

Super comfy beds & pillows, great view from the window, ultra clean room & bathroom, beautiful aesthetics! Also, the front desk staff were so friendly and seemed genuinely happy that my husband & I were there; they smiled the whole time & were so friendly! I missed the name of the first one who greeted us, but at checkout, it was Josh and his manager Kelvin. (Josh, if you're reading this, don't forget to watch "For the One" on Angel TV since you couldn't go to the concert! :D)

I had a pleasantly enjoyable stay here during a weekend trip. The hotel is in a great location within walking distance from the metro. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. John and Shirley were especially great, and checked in with me throughout to make sure I enjoyed my stay. The rooms were very clean and spacious. The only thing I would note is that while the lobby and common areas are very modern, the rooms are a little dated. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and I’m grateful for the level of service I received!
