Had my father's mercy meal here and it was beautiful. The greylock room was perfect and had doors for people to step out on a patio and get fresh air. The staff went above and beyond.

I am writing this review in hopes The Williams Inn trains and corrects the services of a dining staff waitress. I am not looking for an apology as the damage was just done. This is also serves as a warning to other potential guests in the future in case it’s not corrected or if the waitress is still unchecked. We attended a catered event and needed to take some leftovers back to our room. The waitress ran down the hall screaming and yelling as it was against policy and something about a 90-min rule. Perhaps it was a local food safely rule? I really wished we had gotten the name of the ill-tempered waitress. I never got to find out. Nonetheless, the waitress rudely continued to create a scene demanding we put the food back. Out of respect for others, I let the waitress be with her nastiness and not escalate the scene with her. This whole rude incident was totally unacceptable and almost childish to speak to hotel guests especially in a nice setting as the Inn! I hope management can reprimand and help train the waitress so others in the future can have a pleasant experience. Only thing I recall about her is being around late 30’s / early 40’s (brunette?), 5’3”ish, and middle to very slight heavyset. Happy to continue providing more info to help her and the Inn.

I canceled my reservation at the Williams Inn five days before my stay, but was still charged for one night due to their fine print cancellation policy. Despite reaching out to the manager, Mr. Santa Cruz, I didn’t receive any resolution, and he was inconsistent with their own policy. This lack of transparency and customer service is a red flag, so be cautious when booking.
