I remember booking a room(for one night) here, everything went well(the payment went through and all), then as it was time for me to check-in, this place cancelled the booking for me(I didn’t cancel it) and I’ve yet to get a refund. It’s been 2 years, don’t book here. Proof is in the screenshot on asking them to clarify their action on not only cancelling but not giving me any refund.
Worst hotel experience. Unfriendly and unapproachable. No hairdryer. Did not have handwash or soap for your hands. Bedding not clean. Floor dirty. They don't even deserve a one star.
This place in a safe area with friendly staff but the rooms are terrible...broken furniture,ants everywhere,outside tiles in the room,the shower tiles are painful to stand on,the airconditioner works when it wants to,some plugs don't work,old curtains i was even scared to close them.
