Awesome accommodation! Great for friends or family with children! Easy walking distance! When we arrived, the music was playing and the AC was on. They really made it feel like home....with all the little complementary extras. The Fantales on the coffee table were a lovely touch. The robes on the bed were adorable! The soaps and shampoo were divine! Spacious rooms and ensuit with the main room. This is definitely a great spot we'll stay at again! Highly recommend!
From the initial contact with Hayley at Peppertree, booking process and thorough follow up it was clear to see that they do it often and well. The information we received on how to access the property and the well thought out & information about the property made checking in seamless and easy. Our first impression of the property was that it was spacious and very clean, a lot of room and space for the 4 adults we had staying at the property. There was a generous amount of complementary snacks, the coffee machine was very easy to use, added hair towels in the bathroom was well thought through and the robes that were supplied for us during our stay were luxurious and the perfect touch to a simple yet elegant room. We would highly recommend the Willows for not only the excellent property, the proximity to town but the customer service that was above and beyond.
Very quiet, clean, and everything we needed. They even had fresh milk in the fridge for us. The reason I've given them a 4 star rating is that we had a lot of cockroach 🪳 in the house. This needs to be addressed immediately. However, our experience at The Willows was amazing.
