Room: supper Service: there is no in-house restaurant available for dine-in, only breakfast is served. However, you can order food online, free shuttle bus service take you everywhere back and forward. Nice, friendly and helpful staffs. all are plus together towards 5 stars. Located in high mountain is a minus for people like beach but matching for people like peace, slow living mood. To sum up: it is the best fit for me and my family.

Really a hidden gem. Has the feel of a remote mountain escape, but centrally located. Very much the feel of a small inn or bed and breakfast. Staff is extremely helpful and kind, always ready with a genuine smile. The amenities are well thought out. The pool especially is tranquil and perfect for families with kids. Views are breathtaking. Rooms are unique with a ton of space. Breakfast is made to order, and fresh. While the gym is lacking functionality, and the rooms are not brand new. Everything is still comfortable and the positives make up the difference, in my opinion. I hope the resort continues to maintain and serve guests for a long time. If you are on a tour of Vietnam and need a break from the hustle of the city, this is definitely a place to recharge, without compromising. The staff will feel like family, they took care of us so well. Never have I been sad leaving a hotel.

We could not have found a more perfect place to stay, truly a hidden gem tucked away from the busy streets but still in a fantastic location. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel like family. The service was outstanding and so personal. We stayed in the Garden Suite with the spa package, which included daily treatments and honestly, the massages and facials were the best we’ve ever had. A true highlight of our trip! Lily was incredible, warm, welcoming, and always going above and beyond to help us. Breakfast was freshly prepared each day, and the mangoes were absolutely delicious. We also booked the cinema room for our teenagers, which they loved such a thoughtful touch for families. The pool was spotless, and the whole setting was peaceful and relaxing. Every member of staff was wonderful, and we felt truly cared for during our stay. We can’t wait to return and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this magical place to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable escape.
