I stayed for some errands and didn’t have a choice for hotel. Room is bare minimum. Keycards old and battered. Hard mattress,no additional pillow. Aircon took hours to cool down the room to comfortable temperature. Toilet smells strongly of cheap headache inducing fake vanilla room spray. Minimum toilet amenities: no dental kit no shower cap no cottonbud packet no small towel. In the shower there’s no shelf or niche for toiletries so I have to put my soap and stuff on the floor. The toilet seat was skewed to one side. Bad tasted coffee at breakfast, milk left oily taste on your palate like those evaporated milk that is mixed with oil. Tap water smells badly mildewy, but a friend who stayed at another hotel nearby had same experience so I guess it’s an issue with local water source.

The location is quite for people who attend to the event at Legend Siam. But bed sheet and blanket are too dusty and it just two separate bed combine (also the blanket which is weird). The AC noise is so loud in room 2311 made me couldn't sleep all nite.

Don't waste your money here. ❌❌❌ Absolutely disappointing experience for a mid-range hotel that's completely overpriced for what I get. When I arrived during heavy rain, We was the FIRST car, yet the staff with big umbrellas completely ignored us and went to serve other guests who came after! We had to wait in car forever before giving up and running through the pouring rain by ourself. The useless reception staff just stood there doing nothing but mumbling "sorry." As if that wasn't bad enough, after getting soaked and finally making it to our room, the power went out!!!! 💥💥💥💥 I've been waiting for over an hour……… now with zero solution in sight. Still waiting as I write this review - this is absolutely INFURIATING! The staff are incompetent, the service is atrocious, and basic amenities don't even work. I'm beyond frustrated and exhausted dealing with this nightmare of a hotel. 🥲🥲🥲🥲🥲🥲🥲🥲🥲
