This hotel is an amazing find near Rawai and a 3 minute walk from the gorgeous and secluded Yanui beach. Incredible pool. The restaurant makes delicious food (we only had breakfast—thanks Tony!) Great service (thanks Noi) and on-site massage. Dedicated taxi service that you can book (at very reasonable cost) in advance. Easy walk to many restaurants. Safe to drive a scooter even if it’s new to you. We are DEFINITELY coming back.

A very good hotel, I stayed here for 10 days and was very pleased. The rooms are large, bright and those on the ground floor have a direct exit to the pool. the food is very tasty and fresh. The children were satisfied. Staff is friendly and tbey have o good massage salon. I will definitely come back especially since they have low prices

Spectacular location but not worth the money. Liked - Location was perfect, was a 3 min bicycle ride to the nearest beach Ya Nui. The 4th floor balcony is pretty decent to enjoy sunset going behind the hill and lots of jungle. - The hotel has a few resident stray dogs and cats, who are really friendly. - The host told us about the breakfast times upon check in when it wasn't included in our booking. It was still a spectacular breakfast, though we probably have paid for that as there were so many food options nearby. - You can have massage on site by the pool, which is nice, although during midday it does get quite hot - it costs about the same as if you went to a massage parlor. Disliked The reception mainly was never there, which was frustrating. Sometimes you may need to wait 10+ mins you're lucky if one of the other staff happens to walk by and you can ask them to fetch the manager. When you're only staying for 2 days, you don't want to to wait 15 mins just to ask for anything. One time they had cleaned our rooms but had removed all the bath towels that had been hung up, so we had to go down to reception to ask for them (there wasn't anyone there), as there aren't any telephones in the rooms. The rooms are a bit dated, and the amenities are pretty basic. For example, the balcony chair's wooden planks were literally falling apart and I had to use the towel on top just to avoid splinters. They could at least give some cushion for seating. The pillows were way too thick and hard for the mattress. There's also no way to leave the AC on when you have to take your keys with you. The room does get very hot and on the first night, it took a while for the room to cool down. !!!! Upon check out, they didn't have the means to charge the extra expenses to the room. It took us maybe 30+ mins to check out because they had to figure out a way for me to pay via Paypal. It was lucky that we had planned some activities on our way to the airport, otherwise we would have been quite stressed with the time. This was the straw that really broke my impression with the hotel - I will never stay here again. The service overall is what I'd expect of a hostel, not a hotel. Not worth what we paid.
