The Windsor Court

Our stay at this hotel was flawless from start to finish! The staff were among the best we’ve ever encountered—every team member, from the doorman to reception, housekeeping, and servers, was outstandingly professional and welcoming. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and offered a stunning view. The hotel’s location is perfect: just a short walk to Bourbon Street’s vibrancy, yet far enough to enjoy peace and quiet away from the music and crowds. A special shout-out to Olivia in the Polo Lounge—she was an absolute delight! Her infectious enthusiasm and genuine love for her job shone through in every interaction. Olivia’s impressive wine knowledge led to fantastic recommendations that elevated our experience. She was a joy to all guests, creating a warm and positive atmosphere. We’re already looking forward to our next stay and can’t recommend this hotel highly enough!

We love this hotel, and most of the staff were amazing. Our only major complaint is our shower didn't get hot, and the water pressure was low. There was also something wrong with our stopper for our sink. We actually had to hold down the stopper so the sink wouldn't fill up while in use. However, overall our experience was great.

We stayed at the Windsor Court for our wedding, and the entire team there went above and beyond to make our stay a treat. They were extremely attentive and helpful bringing our bags and wedding items to and from the room, and they consistently ensured we and our guests had everything we needed. The rooms were gorgeous and more than spacious enough to accommodate us and our wedding parties. We'll most definitely be back!
