I have stayed here several times now and I love it. The rooms and public areas are cleaned every day. The staff are relaxed and friendly. The pool deck is great and the location is fantastic! On top of all of that the rates are very good.
Absolutely amazing hotel. All the bad reviews must be rival hotels. There is no truth in them at all. I had trouble with my confirmation details with my online booking agent. But Trevor the manager went over and beyond to help me. Communication was excellent and everything about the location and area was the best you could get. Thank you Trevor and please save me the same room for when I return in the future. Because I’m definitely coming back. Thank you
The worst rubbish I've ever stayed in. There are better hotels in poor developing countries with a 1 star rating. I can't even list all the disgusting things about this hotel but I can start with the pool area which was super disgusting and unusable. No soundproofing whatsoever in the rooms. Dirty walls. Lack of fire protection. Elevators which are disgusting and only work on and off. The list can be made as long as you want. Stay somewhere else, anywhere. Camping outdoors in bad weather is of a higher class.
