Had a great stay here for 4 nights in May! Our room was spacious and clean, and the staff were very friendly. Bed was comfy too and the shower worked well too. Was in walking distance of some lovely restaurants and cafe, and a 20 min walk from temples too. We also used the laundry service twice, and both times the laundry was back the same day and smelt great too. Highly recommend if in Chiang Mai! Just a note, the hotel was down a small road but is well signposted from both directions!
We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful hotel. The staff went above and beyond, checking our luggage upon arrival, taking care of a week’s worth of laundry, and even mailing us a package of an expensive item left in our room. The location is ideal for exploring the old city of Chiang Mai, with plenty of wonderful coffee shops and restaurants nearby. In all of our stays in Thailand, the staff here showed the most professionalism and hospitality. I hope to stay here again in the near future.
