An amazing hotel with beautiful view. WiFi is working perfect! Cleaning service was brilliant. Regarding location if you have car or bike it will be fine for you. Walking distance will be a little bit far from the beach.The beauty of this hotel that it's very quite and far from crowded areas. I would recommend this hotel definitely!!!
We stayed in a large corner room on a high floor with a spacious balcony. Everything was perfect! The view of the mountains was absolutely stunning! The staff was amazing, and the room was cleaned every day. So peaceful!!! It felt like being on a VIP island. We loved it! 🥰
Very bad experience on the first day in Thailand. The first room had a poor AC that wasn’t cooling and had water leaking from the unit. The walls already had black stains from previous leaks, which couldn’t be cleaned. I had to call reception 5–6 times just to get help — no one was at the desk most of the time. When the repair guy finally came, he stepped directly on the bed to remove the AC filter, dropping dust all over the bed. I informed reception again, and only then they changed my room while they cleaned up the mess. The room also looked nothing like the pictures online. On a positive note, the bike rental was really good, but overall, the room and service were very disappointing.
