We booked this resort for a 2-night family getaway through Mapstop Holidays, who offered us the best package. The hospitality and staff were exceptional, making our stay truly enjoyable. The resort is nestled in a beautiful, green location, offering a peaceful and refreshing atmosphere. It features basic yet well-maintained amenities, including a clean swimming pool, indoor games, and a farm area perfect for nature walks. The rooms and overall property were spotless, reflecting great attention to cleanliness. The food served was also quite good, adding to the overall positive experience. All staff members are consistently polite and welcoming.
We had an incredible time at this resort located deep in the forest. The natural surroundings were breathtaking, and we had a truly lovely experience immersing ourselves in nature. We were fortunate enough to spot elephants and deer on our way to the resort, which added an extra thrill to our stay. Throughout our time at the resort, the staff, particularly Vishnu, the operations manager, went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. Vishnu was instrumental in coordinating all our arrangements and ensuring that we had a seamless experience. Without him, our stay would not have been possible. The service at the resort was outstanding, with the staff being incredibly supportive and attentive to our needs. The food served was exceptional, with authentic Kerala dishes for breakfast that we thoroughly enjoyed. Overall, our stay at this resort with our family and kids was nothing short of unforgettable. The combination of the beautiful natural surroundings, excellent service, and the opportunity to spot wildlife made our experience truly magical.
