Great rooms, friendly staff. Pool was unavailable during my stay. It was very filthy, this was reported and it was cleaned while we were leaving(2 days after). Breakfast was great. The very best homemade cake I tasted was present(Coconut sponge cake).

Hotel is well located but three experiences really left a bad taste. 1) Bathrooms are outdated, functional, but outdated 2) Only 3 devices allowed to connect to your wifi at a time. Feels silly (and cheap) for a hotel to try and save on WiFi. 2 work devices (phone, laptop), 2 personal devices (phone, laptop) and you've got one device too many buddy. 3) On my first morning I asked if I could shorten my trip by one day (a 5 night stay) due to an urgent matter that required me to leave city one day earlier. I asked if I could shorten my trip and not get charged for the last night (given it is 3+ nights out and they have free cancelations until the night before you check in, I thought I'd try). Receptionist made me wait while they checked with management, and came back with "great news, you're welcomed to check out early" (no duh, I can leave whenever I want?), but purposely left out the charge part to the answer. When I asked about the charge for the last night I am trying to cut short, he says that I'll still get charged for it. Ok, then the answer to my original question is "no", why say otherwise? Overall, ok hotel if you need a safe roof over your head in a good location, and have less than 3 devices that may require WiFi. I will explore alternative options next time.
