This hotel is first class , I will 100% be back! Starting with Eric & Bobbie, they were very helpful & professional. I had a booking issue & was walking in the door ready to argue with whomever about it. I never had to put my mad face on, Eric took care of it on the spot, couldn’t have been more helpful or courteous! Eric & Bobbie are an awesome asset to this hotel & I hope you will consider recognizing them as such! Now for the room. It was perfect! Clean, fully stocked with everything from the bottled water, to the soap & shampoo, extra pillows & blankets, it was awesome. And the VIEW of downtown, floor to ceiling panoramic window views were amazing! Thank you Eric & Bobbie for making our stay awesome, can’t wait to come back again!!!
After a 13 hour drive, Jason/Valet greeted me in the most friendly and helpful manner. He was very kind and professional. What a great first impression of The Worthington Renaissance Fort Worth Hotel!
Customer service was great. MOLD AND ROACHES!!!! First room they put us in was clearly having some mold issues. There was UV mold killing equipment on the floor when we walked in and a cloud of mold. They put us in another room. We got settled in and a Texas sized ROACH went crawling across the floor. We panicked and went through every single bag and piece of clothing we had and ran for our lives. Keep your stuff zipped up and hung high, lest you bring some buddies home!!
