The Wyspy offers a high standard of accommodation in a very convenient location. The views from the property were impressive, and we truly appreciated the thoughtful little touches provided throughout our stay, which enhanced the overall experience. We were thoroughly satisfied with the level of service received. From the moment we arrived, the check-in process was smooth and efficient. Our room was immaculate and perfectly suited to our needs, reflecting the hotel's attention to detail and commitment to guest comfort. What stood out most was the exemplary attitude of the staff. When we encountered a few minor issues, the team responded promptly and professionally. Their willingness to assist, paired with a wonderful sense of humor, created a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere. The breakfast staff also deserve special mention for their attentiveness and friendly demeanor, ensuring a pleasant start to each day. Based on this positive experience, we will certainly choose this hotel again in the future and would not hesitate to recommend it to others.
Had a satisfying 2 days of accommodation at hotel. Facility and rooms were clean, good looking. They have a very nice restaurant at the roof and it offers very good range of drinks and foods with very reasonable price. Also, stuff is so friendly. Only thing, that I can complain is they gibe you only one card/key for rooms. Can be frustrating when you need to use elevators and you need to scan your cars first to press buttons. Also, stairs was not really serving its purpose as they lock themselves so needs to be reviews for better fire exit route
Good Facility, Central Location, with Room for Better Hospitality The hotel’s location is ideal—right in the city center and directly facing the sea, with everything you need just steps away. There's also free parking, which is a great plus. The rooms are clean, have a stylish and upscale feel but are a bit small. Breakfast was good, but the staff did not clear empty plates until the end of the meal, which is not what one would typically expect from a 4-star hotel, and cleanliness overall was very satisfactory. However, the check-in experience was disappointing. The receptionist (Y****a) who welcomed us was neither cheerful nor welcoming, and the interaction felt unnecessarily tense—even though we had a confirmed booking and clear agreement about our child’s stay. At one point, we were moved from our originally booked floor without explanation. We also found a leftover item from a previous guest in the room, which we reported, and were only then moved to a better sea-view room. To their credit, the housekeeping staff responded well to the issue. They arranged the new room beautifully, maintained it very clean, and even decorated the bed, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, the attitude of a few staff members came across as cold and unwelcoming. At times, their manner felt dismissive, which gave the impression that Arab guests were not treated with the same warmth or attention as others. That said, Safa, one of the staff members, stood out with her kindness and professionalism. She helped us find excellent local restaurants, places to visit, and nearby services, and was the only one who made us feel genuinely welcome.
