The Yacht Hotel by DC

I stayed at The Yacht for 3 days and honestly I wish I could have stayed longer. It was the perfect place to stay. Modern very clean stylish hotel with spacious rooms and fantastic hotel facilities. The breakfast buffet was perhaps one of the best hotel breakfasts I've had with a great view as well. Personally what made this stay extra special and memorable was the staff. All the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Confirming my booking with the staff and making special arrangements for a friend's birthday was made so easy with the staffs communication via WhatsApp before we even checked in and made me feel very reassured that our stay was going to be good. I especially want to mention Phat, one of the concierge staff who was incredibly helpful, friendly and attentive. I can't thank him enough for how easy it made our stay as he was able to help arrange transport, bookings and recommend places to go during our stay. I have already told my friends and family how great of a place this hotel is. I have nothing but positive things to say about this hotel and whoever comes to this hotel will be made to feel very special and welcomed.

My partner and I really enjoyed our stay here. It’s our first time staying here even though I’ve been to Ha Long many times: definitely the best hotel I’ve stayed at. The staffs were extremely polite and attentive. The common areas were so clean and smelled amazing all the time. The executive suite we stayed in was spacious and beautiful. The yacht theme is coherent and elegant. I would come back and would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a comfortable stay in Ha Long! 10/10.

The hotel is new, the layout of the room is well thought of. My sister and I had a wonderful 2-night stay in this hotel during our recent trip to Ha Long. Since the hotel is fairly new, it is expected that their rooms and spaces are well-kept. The lobby is spacious, the room is just right and their bathroom and toilet is equipped with modern facility. What we loved the most is the Staff who are very accommodating and friendly, they even let us see the rooms before we settled in our room to ensure we are happy with the room provided (Kudos to Chris - i think that's her name). The rest of the staff are very much helpful to find our ways correctly. Special mention to their staff Phat - who helped arrange our Ha Long Bay day cruise and our return transfer back to Hanoi. Phat significantly bridged the gap of communication with cruise and bus operators and made every transfers smooth and convenient. Even after we have checked out from the hotel, and even during a weekend (which he said was is off-shift) he still extended his help and time to get in touch with us to ensure we arrived in Hanoi safely and all OK. We were running late to get back to the hotel in time for our transfer back to Hanoi, and Phat and the rest of the staff on duty helped us to communicate with the bus driver to wait for us and smoothly arranged our check out without much delay. We truly and sincerely regret that we were not able to show our appreciation due to the rush, in which our own fault and doing. But I hope that this review will get to the hotel management and extend our utmost appreciation to the team during our stay (June 5-7, 2025). If i would be given a chance to go back to Vietnam soon, I would surely want to return to this hotel and will surely be recommending to our friends and family.
