The Yama Hotel Phuket

This is an absolutely gorgeous hotel. The staff are so welcoming and helpful. We went for the breakfast option and the buffet is amazing catering for every taste. The staff in the restaurant are particularly helpful and love to have a chat especially Beam and Kae, thank you ladies for making us feel welcome. All the staff on reception and the shuttle drivers are friendly and helpful too in fact we haven't met any member of staff who is not friendly. The only drawback of this hotel is if you are less able it is quite a long way from the beach and you have to cross a really busy road. The hotel does provide a shuttle to the beach 6 times a day but they are sometimes fully booked so you might have to walk or pay for a taxi. We loved it and it's quiet location. Kap khun ka!

The hotel is nestled on a hill that overlooks the Andaman Sea and is just a short distance from Kata Beach. They offer a complimentary shuttle service to the beach, which is quite convenient. Our room featured direct access to the pool, making it a wonderful spot to watch the sunset. Although the building isn’t large, it boasts a modern design that feels peaceful and inviting. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the cleanliness of the place was impressive as well.

We were very satisfied with the hotel services. The staff was extremely kind and helpful, especially in the pool area, the pool bar, and the restaurant. The hotel was very clean, and all areas, including the rooms, lobby, and outdoor spaces, were well-maintained. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, making it a perfect place for families to relax and enjoy their stay. A special mention to Ms. Beam Kae Toey, who was incredibly kind and attentive to us. Her hospitality made our experience even more enjoyable. The overall experience was excellent, and we truly appreciated the attention to detail in ensuring guests had a comfortable and pleasant visit.
