From the moment we arrived at the Yellow Nest Hotel, we were treated with such kindness and warmth. The entire staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable, welcome, and genuinely cared for. It's rare to find a place where every single person, from chefs to the front desk, treats you with such care, but that's exactly what we experienced here. A special thank you to Arturo, the manager, whose kindness and attentiveness made a lasting impression. He was always available, incredibly thoughtful, and made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. It's clear he leads by example, because every member of the team reflected that same level of care. It's the staff who make Yellow Nest truly special. Their hospitality is what sets this hotel apart. Got the day pass—what can I say? The entire staff was incredibly helpful and made the experience unforgettable! I came here with my girlfriend to celebrate my birthday, and from the moment we arrived, we were blown away. Everyone was so welcoming and answered all of our questions with a smile. My girlfriend surprised me with a massage, and Gabi was absolutely amazing—both of us walked out feeling brand new! The food was fresh and delicious, packed with vibrant flavors, and the drinks were perfectly mixed. The views? Breathtaking. You’re surrounded by nature with beautiful birds flying overhead—pure peace. As for the reviews complaining about “dirty pools”… come on, you’re in the middle of the jungle. A few leaves in the water are to be expected. Everything was clean, relaxing, and priced very fairly. Amazing staff, great energy, and a perfect getaway spot. I’ll definitely be back soon for a full weekend stay with my lady!
This was by far the best place I have ever stayed at. Right from the start, I felt relaxed, overjoyed, and happy with this place. The staff were definitely the highlight of of my trip. Arturo and Josimar were especially very welcoming. The food was excellent as well as the everything else. I definitely plan on returning very soon. P.S renting a car is highly recommended.
