As soon as you walk in you are greeted by friendly greeters guiding you to the reservation desk. The rooms were extremely clean and beds were comfortable. Unfortunately the air conditioning was not as strong as it could have been but the in room dehumidifier helped a lot in the 40 degree humid heat. On our way out the staff even helped us get a taxi to our next destination. Overall we would stay here again.
We stayed at the Yokohama Bay Hotel on our summer tour to Japan July 2025. We were greeted by many amazing staff members. The level of customer service they provide was outstanding. One employee 'Joon' went above and beyond to book our taxi's with various options & prices. He helped me wrap a massive portrait to gift our family over in Japan , he was just amazing!!!! The hotel is well maintained and cared for. The view will always be my favourite view in Yokohama.
Very nice, beautiful hotel. The staff was very friendly and they held our bags after checkout for the day while we explored the city. The hotel does not have an open roof top or top floor restaurants available to regular guests. Not sure if this is normal for Japan? There was a very small gym with little to no equipment but had a nice looking pool. We liked the hotel very much but will likely try another hotel our next stay to find the perfect one for us.
