My husband and I spent a week at the Yucatan Resort and enjoyed every minute of our stay. The hotel staff was very friendly and always helpful, the a la carte breakfast was amazing. We appreciated how quiet the place was throughout with seats to sit and enjoy the tropical foliage at the courtyard at any time of the day. The rooftop pool was a great place to rewind. Very clean and with the view of the ocean. We will definitely come back in the future!

The customer service was excellent our server at breakfast each morning ( Epinenio) provided excellent breakfast service . Breakfast options in main floor were good. This is a franchise Hotel. The location is great if you just want to walk around town and go to the beach. The hotel advertisement shows that they have a rooftop restaurant which I never saw open nor did I ever see the bar open and the gym was terrible. The treadmill was broken. Equipment was very depleted. I was very disappointed because every Hilton I ever used has a fantastic gym.

Just to Share My Terrible Stay Experience Dirty Bedding: I was exhausted and just wanted to crash, but as soon as I pulled back the sheets, I spotted visible stains on the bedding—disgusting! Basic hygiene shouldn’t be too much to ask for, especially at a Hilton. Faulty Toilet: The toilet barely flushed—water pressure was so weak that it took multiple attempts, and the tank took over four minutes to refill. Maintenance came by, shrugged it off, and told us to "just wait for it to fill up" after each flush. Seriously? They initially promised a room change if the toilet issue wasn’t fixed, but when we followed up, they suddenly claimed it was "already resolved" and refused to move us. The attitude shift was frustrating and dismissive. On the check out day, the front desk insisted I hadn’t paid—even though my booking was prepaid. Two staff members argued with me until I showed them the confirmation. Not the stress I needed before a flight! The hotel management doesn’t even care about your stay experience and won’t even respond to your complaints. Anyway, definitely not the level of service I expected from a Hilton. Won’t be staying here again. Update: I already contacted the Hilton support and filed multiple complaints, but the hotel management doesn’t neither respond to my complaints nor the corporate email. Avoid this hotel at all costs!!!
