The Zenith A boutique hotel by Hot Millions

Recently I held party in this hotel , Especially by my side it's a great experience and thanks to manager jatinder kiwi ji. He supervised the function like my family member and all the staffs are too good ,they have excellent service skills and good communication skills .Thank you so much all of you ❤️

I just went at the restaurant and bar. White sauce pasta was great. Decoration was casual but service was great. Was good. Too many choices in the menu. I am always in trouble while ordering.

Writing to share feedback regarding my recent stay at your hotel. This is around my 4th or 5th visit, as I frequently travel here being a Swaraj vendor. During this stay, I had brought some home-cooked food with me and requested a simple plate and bowl from your staff. But, they refused, saying that cutlery would only be provided if I ordered from your restaurant. Frankly, this is very disappointed for me, In such a reputed hotel, I just didn’t expect such a rigid approach for something so small. The experience was disheartening, especially when we pride ourselves in India on the saying “Atithi Devo Bhava”—guests are like God. As a loyal customer, I feel hospitality should be about making guests feel welcome and comfortable, especially for frequent visitors. Small gestures like providing basic things can make a big difference in customer experience. Such experiences can genuinely affect your customer retention in future.
