We absolutely loved our stay at The Zetter! Located in the charming, walkable neighborhood of Marylebone, it was the perfect base for exploring London. The hotel has such a cool energy—quirky yet sophisticated—with thoughtful design touches everywhere. Our room had huge windows that let in beautiful natural light, making the space feel airy and serene. The service was truly top-notch—warm, attentive, and personal. From check-in to checkout, everything felt effortless. We’ll definitely be coming back!
I loved staying at The Zetter in Marylebone! Our suite was beautiful, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. The location was perfect! It was close enough to walk to Oxford Street for shopping but tucked away on a quiet, charming street that felt peaceful and private. The Parlour was such a standout feature. It had the cutest atmosphere, with beautiful music always playing, making it the perfect place to relax. The drinks menu was such a creative touch, designed like a Monopoly-style game, and the tea menu was just as impressive with containers of actual tea leaves you could open and smell to choose your tea. We also loved that the hotel was a townhouse turned into a boutique property, which gave it so much character and a truly unique feel. Immaculate vibes all around. We can’t wait to stay here again!
Just returned from 6 nights in London at the Zetter Marylebone. What a special place...when we arrived we were made to feel very welcome by the super courteous staff. The room was large for London and gorgeous. The bed was super comfortable and the shower was TERRIFIC. The decor of the entire hotel is something to behold. A standout staff member is Mercy, our breakfast waitress. She is very personable, made sure everything was just right, and gave us some great advice on how to best enjoy our day. Afternoon tea was spectacular. We only wish we'd saved some time to enjoy the singer in the Parlour on Thursday evening. She is amazing and helped complete the perfect boutique hotel vibe. Loved the Zetter!
