Property & Ambiance The resort is stunning - lush greenery, serene backwater views, and a peaceful ambiance that makes it the perfect getaway. Whether it’s lounging by the pool or just walking around the property, the surroundings are picture-perfect. 2. Rooms & Service The rooms are spacious, well-maintained, and equipped with everything you’d expect from a premium resort. Room service was prompt and courteous, and the housekeeping team deserves a mention for their attention to detail. 3. Facilities From the spa to the pool and recreational zones, the resort offers plenty to keep you relaxed and engaged. Everything is clean, organized, and thoughtfully designed. 4. The Only Letdown – Food Unfortunately, the biggest area for improvement is the restaurant. Both the variety and taste of the food were below expectations. The menu felt limited, and the flavors didn’t match the otherwise high standards of the resort. For a property of this caliber, the dining experience needs a serious upgrade.
