Theater Hotel Salzburg

Nice hotel, comfortable room, good bathroom. But you need to wait some time till hot water comes. Walking distance to the city centre and all attractions. Street parking was free till 9 am and then we parked not far from the hotel. Ask at the reception desk and they will guide you. Friendly and helpful staff. What I didn't like is a bunch of black hair on the floor towel. We didn't report this because it was very late and we were tired.

Liked this place. Decent value for money. The room was nothing special but it was a good size, very quiet and cool during some very hot temps. I asked to be off the main street and they kindly obliged. The mini fridge didnt work very well but was nice to have. Shower is cramped and drain neded attention but pressure was good. The staff was really helpful, the location was good, just out of center but all walkable. Theres a bus a block away too.

We had made a 2-day reservation through Hotels.com. However, despite cancelling the reservation, we did not receive a refund. They were not helpful in any way. We were faced with a situation that was completely devoid of civility, reason, and technology. We definitely do not recommend it. Our payment was essentially seized.
