For the price paid, this hotel offers amazing value. Some highlights: * The location is excellent - a short walk from the train station and the shopping outlets. * We paid for the deluxe double room and the newly renovated room offers sufficient space for rest and relaxation. The views of the city churches from the windows from our room is wonderful. * The common areas are beautifully renovated - while the renovation of the entire hotel is reaching completion, we did not encounter any disturbances during our stay. * The breakfast buffet was outstanding in terms of quality and quantity. * We would not hesitate staying in the hotel if our future travels bring us back to Roermond.
Amazing, customer service is excellent and the design of the hotel is perfect. All the staff are really pleasant and go out of their way to provide a great service. I would definitely recommend for people to stay.
