I really enjoyed my stay here with my young family. The hotel is well designed and has character, making a great first impression. Our room was spacious and we could easily fit a baby bed without it getting in the way. The room was well equipped and had pretty much everything we needed. A big shout out to the restaurant team - the food was delicious and well presented anf the restaurant itself had a great ambience, making it a very enjoyable evening. I can also definitely recommend the red wine from Puglia! The breakfast buffet is also definitely worth visiting with a good selection of choice and several egg options made on order. It did get quite busy during our breakfast, but the buffet remained clean and well stocked right until the end. Great for those who want a lie in. The hotel had all the amenities we needed for our child (high chair etc) which was always very clean. Overall we had a great time!

This hotel recently reopened after a lengthy renovation. Everything's new and beautiful. The restaurant improved A LOT. Very friendly service. And the best thing about the prior hotel in the same building still exists: A bridge to the spa / water park - so you can shower in your room and directly go there without going outside or standing in some queue.

We had a truly wonderful time at the new The Great North Hotel and felt completely at home. The design concept is thoroughly chic and tasteful, making you feel a bit like you're in London. The rooms are furnished with great attention to detail, the bed was large and comfortable, and it was nice and quiet at night. We even had a bag for our visit to the thermal baths in our room, so we didn't miss anything. The evening meal at the Flowerz restaurant was extremely delicious and beautifully presented. We thought the selection at the breakfast buffet was fantastic and we've rarely experienced such a diverse and delicious selection in a hotel – a 10/10. Thank you to the entire hotel team for this wonderful stay, keep up the good work! P.S. We traveled with a toddler and had everything we needed. They even provided children's dishes, high chairs, a changing table, and a playground. Great!
