I recently had the pleasure of experiencing a detox program at The LifeCo Phuket, and I must say it was an exceptional experience. The detox program was incredibly effective, and I felt rejuvenated and revitalized by the end of my stay. The staff at The LifeCo Phuket were outstanding. They were not only knowledgeable and experienced but also very attentive and supportive throughout the entire process. Their expertise and dedication truly made a significant difference in my detox journey. A serene and comfortable environment that was perfect for relaxation and healing. The variety of treatments and therapies offered were impressive, and I particularly enjoyed the daily beach walk, yoga sessions and educational lectures. This is my first detox and this place is the right one for me ! There are many treatments and many different programs. I start with green detox and continue with water fasting. During the day there are activities you can join. There is a shuttle bus to the beach what is a 5 minutes drive. I had a room that is looking over the lake and has privacy. I recommended!

I have had the most incredible experience and transformation here at The LifeCo I absolutely recommend this place to anyone with health conditions or that just want to reboot their body. The care from the staff is second to none, and the therapies available are incredible. The food, when you can eat, is so delicious are nourishing. Every detail has been considered here to give you the retreat with the healing. This is my third time and it definitely won't be my last!
