Theo Hotel

I recently had a pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel and I highly recommend it. The place was very clean. There were plenty of comfortable loungers and we always found at least one available. We had a lovely room with a view of the sea and it was amazing to wake up to such a nice sight. The air conditioning worked well, keeping us comfortable. The hotel is in a great location and it’s just a quick walk across the street to the beach. One of the highlights was the bar service - there were no queues and the drinks were simply divine. The whole staff were very friendly and treated each guest with care. Special thanks to Ellie who asked us every day if we were happy with our stay. She is very kind person and we miss her already!!! Also my boyfriend Sebastian from Poland says hello to Antony who works at the bar near the reception. I was surprised at first to see that hotel had such great reviews but they are definitely deserved. Our stay was wonderful. Marta, Room 112 :)

We had a wonderful stay at Theo Hotel in Crete! The food was absolutely delicious, with a great variety and fresh ingredients. The hotel was very clean — our room was cleaned every day, which we really appreciated. We had a perfect view from our balcony and enjoyed watching the sunrise every morning. The staff were incredibly friendly, always smiling, and happy to help with anything. Highly recommended for a relaxing holiday!

The hotel room was ok, but I found something that me be bedbugs the bed. The pool was good but there’s very few sunbeds so you need to be quick. Don’t order at the restaurant, they gave us the wrong order multiple times and said it was right even though it wasn’t, the chicken taste horrible. The waiters don’t seem like they wanna be there and didn’t smile a single time. The breakfast was decent and there is a mini market right next to the hotel which was nice. The receptionists were very nice. Summed up the experience wasn’t that great and it’s not worth the money, I wouldn’t recommend.
