Theodora Golf Club

One of the nicest golf resort in East Europe, The facilities are super modern, clean and well staffed. The golf course is world class starting with the design, quality of grass, greens and fairways. Well maintained course, huge greens and very challenging holes. The course is long and it ends with a par 6 holes, 808 yards with water before a huge double green. If you travel to Romania and you golf, make sure you play this course, it is a unforgivable experience.

Looks good, but service isn't there — pool not open at 33 degrees, that's the minimum when you see so many people booking villas especially for the pool to spend some time relaxing during a weekend (we asked if the pool will be usable ahead of the stay) & many other problems. So again, looks good, might be nice to play golf, but the rest isn't properly organized.

Great location overall. The rooms are pretty and the views are nice. From a place like this you would expect a high level of quality regarding service and staff. Unfortunately this is not the case. The experience we’ve had with the management was terrible and the staff were clearly unprepared. There were services that we were promised before going there, but when we arrived it was totally different. For eg, the pool was out of service in June with 33 degrees outside. I know the main activity here is golf, but you can’t expect to be lied about the other facilities. Moreover, the restaurant refused to take our order for launch and closed the lights when we were sitting in the evening on the terrace.
