Theoxenia Boutique Hotel

This small unassuming hotel is the very definition of Greek hospitality. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable and the breakfasts served fresh each morning to your balcony or bedroom are a delight. The host Alex was exceptionally helpful, offering recommendations and arranging transfers to our travels around the island. He made a point of checking in to chat with us each morning which lent a personal touch to our stay. I highly recommend staying here!

Perfect location in Santorini! The staff were incredibly friendly and informative, giving great tips on what to do. I stayed in a single standard room which was large, comfortable and had a beautiful view. Good sound proof doors to the balcony blocked off noise from the main walking strip below. The generous free breakfast on the rooftop was delightful with a stunning view. Great value for money compared to other accommodation options nearby. Fira also offers more things to do than Oia, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and transport options. Highly recommend!

we had a great time here. stayed for our 26th wedding anniversary. Alex the staff were helpful and gave great and friendly service. the location is awesome very near the fira bus center. so bringing your luggages from the BUS to the hotel is a breeze. the FIRA square is just a few meter away..... rooms are spacious with balconies. our room even has a view . breakfast can be served in the comfort of your room or at the rooftop . definitely worth referring to our friends..
