THERESA Wellness Genie er Hotel

Awesome place. Family owned with incredibly attentive and friendly staff and a really nice wellness area. The highlight are the people though. The attention to detail, remembering every little preference and the owners coming to the table in person and the tour/sports guide, Harry, with whom any tour is always fun - really make this place special.

This hotel is absolutely amazing. It is so well runned by an extraordinary family and their colleagues. The service is excellent and they think of every little detail, something you hardly experience anywhere else (anymore). People that say the hotel is outdated, don't understand Austrian culture. The antiquated furniture and design, make the whole place! It is so warm, cozy and welcoming. We stayed for 10 days with our 3 kids (4, 7 and 9) and we all had the best time! There is so much to do: several heated pools, a spa, chill areas, lots of games, several play areas, inside and outside activities for the whole family, live music at dinner, etc. And the food is amazing! What we liked most is that there is a lot of healthy food and a menu instead of only buffet. You get to choose your 5 course dinner, every morning at breakfast. Also the kids can join the kids table at 18h or eat with you at 19h. A very varied menu with healthy and vegetarian options (but they do very good meat too ;) Ah and try the Elder Fizz cocktail, its amazing! The smart thing about the hotel is that everything is divided in smaller areas, so it always feels cozy and personal. Like the restaurant, the pools, the chill areas and even the kids area. As for location, it is opposite the train station and a 5 min walk to supermarket/centre. The bus stops in front of the hotel and brings you to the gondola in 5-10 minutes. We will definitely come back 💛

Staying at Hotel Theresa in Austria felt like finding a second home, thanks to the incredible Egger family. From the moment we arrived, their warmth and professionalism shone through, making every part of our stay delightful. The hotel itself is a clean, organized haven where every meal is a treat - the food is just amazing, with so much attention to detail! What really stood out was how the Egger family made our whole family, especially our children, feel so welcome. It felt like nothing was too much to ask, which made our time there truly relaxing and enjoyable. Hotel Theresa isn’t just a place to stay; it’s where you're treated like part of the family, and we absolutely loved every moment of it.
