Thermalium Wellness & Spa Hotel by Vima

2 families from New York and Bulgaria had vacation at Thermalium hotel in April. We arrived much earlier as compared to formal check - in time, however we were gladly accepted. The personnel at the reception desk was very nice and polite. The room they provided to us was even better as the one what we booked. The balcony view was breathtaking, magnificent. The variety of the food wasn't so big, but everything was fresh and delicious. Restaurant staff acted very fast and professionally, helping us enjoying the food. Special thanks for manager named Ozgur, he was everywhere and assisted us with many different issues. It was a pleasant surprise that they gave us extra benefit- free tea with the different cookies. We enjoyed them! Thanks for your hospitality!

The lady at the reception kept us busy, she was the one in charge there. Normally we should have gone to the room at 14:00, but they took us to the room at 15:30. The young staff at the computer did their best, towels and bathrobes were provided to the rooms late. The best part was the spa. I visited this hotel on a regular weekday and not on the weekend. It was almost empty. The place represents a very wonderful opportunity to relax and enjoy the beauty of nature away from the noise of cities. There is a sulfur water pool and it is very hot. The view is very wonderful, overlooking a lake. The food was good but not delicious. There is a parking place in front of the hotel. The room is clean and tidy and there is a balcony. I recommend it to those looking for a break in nature, away from the hustle and bustle of life. The restaurant closes at 11 pm and there is no food after that, and there is no supermarket nearby
