We had a great stay - comfortable rooms, delicious food and easy access to the aquapark. The whole hotel is centred around children - rooms have all amenities for toddlers and babies, a huge indoor playground with activities for big and small children. The only minus for us was the lack of balcony to dry swimwear and chill in the evening.

Great family option particularly for families with toddlers and small children, especially that a room here can come with free (and direct, basement level) access to the small child friendly Sonnentherme. Lots of activity options, including a huge indoor playing area and a ball-pit castle for smaller kids, indoor and outdoor tennis courts, etc. Staff are genuinely friendly and helpful. Breakfast options are good. Best value is the option for a room with "all-in card" and breakfast only. Remember the 50% discount in the also great family park with your "all-in card".

Overpriced and Underwhelming We recently stayed at this hotel for one night, and I have to say, it was a disappointing experience. For the price we paid, I expected a lot more. First off, the check-in process was chaotic, the reception was not available during night hours, The staff seemed overwhelmed but was nice. The room itself was not clean, we had dirty towels, and you can see the photos. The decor was dull, and I could hear noise from the hallway all night, making it hard to get a decent sleep. The amenities were lacking too. The advertised "all inclusive option" turned out to be a simple option regarding drinks and softs, everything else in good quality was paid , such as juices, cocktails or other. The lunch and dinner, was ok but nothing special. For the cost of almost 400 euros per NIGHT , I expected a lot more variety and quality. The Wi-Fi was spotty at best, which was inconvenient for someone needing to get work done. We have been complaining to the general director of the hotel and explained to him that the idea of the family thermal spa stay is amazing, accommodation for the kids and amendities , playgrounds , everything for babies and children of all ages are just a huge extra, BUT the price was too expensive and the level of services were way too low. He promised to give us a free stay for the next time, and was in shock while seeing the photos and hearing our complains. Since then, he never replied on our emails , and stayed silenced. Overall, I felt like I paid a premium price for a mediocre stay. I won’t be returning or recommending this hotel to anyone. Save your money and look elsewhere!
