I was there for 3 nights and it was awesome experience with hotel. staff so friendly, hotel have good breakfast with many types. there is swimming pool outdoor and indoor. if u want to make special date hotel can also arrange.Hotel owner behaviour is so nice. he talked also with me he gifted me a wine bottle.

Really poor experience, our reservation in the “Feinschmecker Packet” got canceled every time. Every single time coming back to our room there was a note saying this or that didn’t work to the point I was afraid to come back to my room just to find another note. Can’t recommend at all sadly. Room carpets also were extremely dirty with stains.

Unbelievably bad and untrustworthy: I first receive a letter from a debt collector telling me that I should pay for something that I never order within 3 days. It appears that there is because of a Gurchein for which I never agreed to pay for entailed a paying obligation, even after I had many times asked (in English) if I should pay for it and their workers confirmed that I didn't have to pay. If this is the case, this behaviour is, for starters, fraudulent. After receiving the letter, I try to contact the hotel administration, but the finance manager is not in the house and I should try again tomorrow. Today is tomorrow and, after talking to the hotel stuff in 4 different occasions from 9 to 16:30 in which I am informed that they will remind the Finance responsible to call me, The last call at 16:45 tells me that the apparently only person that can help me has left the office without answering me and I should try again tomorrow. This looks all like an scam made to steal money from people who have been first lied to and then ignored.
