This hotel exceeded all expectations! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the level of luxury and attention to detail. The rooms were beautifully designed, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. The entire property is immaculate and exudes calm and elegance. The food was outstanding—every meal was a treat, with fresh, high-quality ingredients and a variety of delicious options. The pool area was stunning, perfect for relaxing in peace with a cocktail in hand. What really stood out was how quiet and serene everything felt—ideal for a restful getaway. If you’re looking for a luxurious, tranquil escape with fantastic food and top-notch service, this is the place. Can’t wait to return!
Gorgeous hotel, great location. We stayed in a Premium Private Pool room, and it was very lovely. Easy access to the beach and good housekeeping! Reception is helpful and staff is overall friendly. However, lunch/dinner menu is limited if you have dietary restrictions and it’s not very descriptive about what’s actually in the food. It is a 10-20 minute walk to other food options, but it would be nice if there were one or two simple meal options on the menu! If you can eat everything, the food was delicious, and this hotel is 5 stars.
The hotel is beautiful and aesthetically pleasing. The location is excellent, and you can reach the city quickly. The breakfast buffet is regional and of good quality, but unfortunately, the selection of fruits and vegetables is the same every day and quite limited. The service staff is friendly and attentive. At the pool, there are unfortunately not enough umbrellas, and they cannot be moved, which means there is always at least one sunbed completely exposed to the sun. The beds are also placed too close together and cannot be repositioned. Some sunbeds were already reserved early in the morning, which was frustrating. The private beach is about a 5-minute walk away, very rocky, and practically deserted. In general, the food was not to my taste. We participated in the BBQ night, but unfortunately, everything tasted the same and was lacking in seasoning. We had booked a room with a rooftop garden. The room itself was nicely furnished, a good size, and conveniently close to the pool. However, the water didn’t drain properly, and there was a foul smell coming from the drains. I reported this issue, but it was only partially resolved. Unfortunately, the notes I left for housekeeping were repeatedly ignored. I never received fresh bed linens on my scheduled beauty/spa days, even though I had clearly indicated it and left a tip. The room has no electricity when you’re out, so you can’t charge any devices unless you’re physically present. That meant we had to spend 30–40 minutes in the room every day just to charge electronics. Additionally, the air conditioning regularly shut off around midday, apparently due to manual controls. The cleaning staff also consistently left the terrace door open after cleaning, which not only allowed hot air into the room but also posed a security risk. Each time we returned to the room, we had to run the air conditioning for 30 minutes to cool it down again—quite uncomfortable. We also had several visits from spiders in the room and even cockroaches on the balcony. All in all, there was no real value for money. This is one of the most expensive hotels on Kos, and sadly, the holiday turned out to be disappointing.
