I spent 4 nights and it was the best decision to start my honeymoon there, the location was amazing and the rooms were super spacious, luxurious and clean. The staff were friendly and spoke fluent English which helped in many ways I wanted a room with more privacy and they granted me that on my second day. They offer many activities including walks around the rice fields, cycling and trekking to the waterfall and yoga. The breakfast was more phenomenal. Ended my last night with a romantic dinner from their restaurant with the pool view. It’s the best retreat for relaxing and escaping city noise.

I had the greatest experience at thewakanda. I wish I could have stayed longer either such luxurious rooms, peaceful environment, and amazing food and drinks delivered from the chefs and staff. Always feeling seen and always acknowledged, ready at your service, the customer service here was held to the utmost standard. Every encounter I had was a positive one, and by the time I needed more water in my room it was already there waiting for me. I was extremely happy with the facilities, the setting, and the overlook of the rice paddy fields. It was truly an authentic experience with the ability to also have a shuttle to and from Ubud nightly giving you the ability for city life and peace and quiet. I could not recommend more.
