We had a wonderful stay at the Westlake Hotel! The service was excellent—quick responses and a real willingness to go the extra mile. We were especially grateful for the extended check-out time, which made our travel day much smoother by reducing the wait time before our flight. The location is perfect—just a 5-minute walk to the lake, with beautiful views and a peaceful atmosphere. The neighborhood is lovely and convenient, with grocery stores nearby and a fantastic fresh fruit and vegetable shop right across the street, which we especially appreciated as fans of healthy eating. We stayed in the Andy Suite, a fully furnished apartment with everything we needed to cook our favorite meals. It truly felt like a home away from home. We would absolutely love to return during the summer. Highly recommended!

Highly recommend, great communication, clean, very comfortable bed, slept right through the night very quiet. room has everything you need, fridge, microwave, steamer, dishes, coffee. great patio to relax on. Easy to access, 5 parking spots, was lucky To get one giving peace of mind. Would definitely come back.

The hotel is well-located just off the Gardiner, clean, and creatively decorated - very "Boho". It was my first time staying somewhere with a virtual reception, but the communication before check-in was excellent - questions were answered before asked, and all needed info and details were provided, and more. Rooms are clean and spacious, with good amenities. Great value for the money, definitely recommend for a few nights' stay near downtown TO without the high rates, and near the lake and bike trails. A nice change from the cookie-cutter hotel chains.
