Absolutely outstanding stay! From the moment I arrived, the front desk team went above and beyond to make me feel welcome—friendly, professional, and always ready to assist with a smile. The room was immaculate and truly lived up to 5-star standards: elegant, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped. Breakfast was another highlight—fresh, delicious, and with plenty of variety to suit every taste. Exceptional service all around. I’ll definitely be returning!
We had a wonderful stay at Thistle Port Dickson Resort! It’s a great family-friendly place, and our kids had an amazing time. The resort is very children-friendly, with lots of space and activities for the whole family to enjoy. The entire team at Thistle was exceptionally kind and welcoming. Their warm hospitality made us feel right at home. The service throughout our stay was excellent — attentive, efficient, and always with a smile. A special thank you to the General Manager and the Executive Assistant Manager for their kindness and care. Their genuine attention to guests’ comfort truly stood out and made our experience even more memorable. We’re definitely looking forward to returning soon!
Rooms rating is 3⭐️ Fresh Restaurant's food and services is 5⭐️ Rooms rating is 3⭐️ because for one, the toilet seat cover came off, the Bidet holder is loose and there are stains on the shower room glass. Maintenance and housekeeping need to do a better job. The pool area needs better maintenance and surveillance. We found broken plastic shards on the floor. Guests could injure their feet stepping on these objects and there is a big hole at the side of the pool which is not covered properly which can be a hazard too. Food served at Fresh Restaurant is commendable, sedap and of good quality. The breakfast buffet spread is reasonably good. All the staff here are very polite and work hard to provide good customer service. Special thanks to Cik Syaifah who has provided excellent service to us which made our dining experience very pleasant and enjoyable. If all the other departments in this hotel can follow the good example set by the Fresh Restaurant's team, then the hotel will deserve a wholesome 5⭐️ review. **Not forgetting, the staff at the hotel spa - Yoyoy Kamphora, they also deserve a 5⭐️ due to their courteous and excellent service 👍
