Thompson Central Park New York by Hyatt

The rooms were a bit small but they had everything we needed. We had access to the lounge which was fantastic. The location is amazing. We had great service from the front desk. We were here only one night and I would stay here again. The bathroom had a Dyson hair dryer.

Nice property conveniently located in midtown just south of the Park. We stayed in a High Floor room with club access. These have a dedicated elevator bank. The room was a nice size for NY. The club is good; would have liked a few more options for snacks and breakfast however what was put out was sufficient. It does get crowded at peak times. The club concierge will handle room check in for you which is nice to avoid the main line downstairs.

My stay at the hotel was good overall. My room had a few unpleasant issues, but the manager helped me resolve them. I want to give special recognition to one of the doormen, whose name is Neftalí. What a helpful and dedicated person—truly committed to his job. I believe he’s the one who saved and turned my stay into a 5-star experience. He helped me with everything I needed, always with a great attitude and willingness to assist. I truly hope there are more people like him working at that hotel.
