I highly recommend staying at The Thompson Denver. I spent three nights there and was impressed from start to finish. The staff went above and beyond—everyone I interacted with was fantastic: friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming. The rooms were very nice—well-designed, comfortable, and immaculately maintained. The entire hotel felt top-notch, from the lobby to the guest floors. The restaurant and bar area were also a highlight. The atmosphere was vibrant yet comfortable, and the service was exceptional. The team was knowledgeable and friendly, making each visit enjoyable. If you're visiting Denver and want a premium hotel experience with exceptional service, The Thompson should be at the top of your list. I’ll absolutely be back.

Our stay at the Thompson Hotel was truly unforgettable, and a big part of that was thanks to Mina at the front desk. From the moment we arrived, she welcomed us with a warm and genuine smile. Mina was incredibly kind, professional, and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. She not only made check-in smooth and pleasant, but she also gave us the best room, which made our stay even more special. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, clean, and comfortable. One thing that stood out to us was the pleasant smell throughout the entire property—it added a touch of luxury and freshness that we truly appreciated. But most of all, it’s the staff—especially Mina—that made our experience exceptional. Her friendly attitude and thoughtful service left a lasting impression.

Nice enough place, staff was great, but nowhere to sit in your room except the bed. Any hotel that calls itself upscale should have a comfortable place to sit down and read or get on your laptop or something in the room. Room would have been really nice except there was unfortunately only a simple "put your shoes on" bench in the corner. I hate feeling like I can't relax in my own room! If that's not important to you, you probably will be really pleased with the place and I recommend everything else about it!
