Thompson Madrid by Hyatt

I recently stayed at the Thompson hotel during a visit to Madrid, and I couldn't be happier with my choice. While the price was a premium due to the Pride event happening nearby, the hotel's exceptional quality and service made it well worth it. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly warm and welcoming, making the check-in process seamless. They offered us welcome drinks, provided excellent tips for exploring the area, and even gave us small, thoughtful trinkets. Our room was impeccably designed and spotless. It was a pleasure to discover a small gift of local olive oil, which was a lovely touch. The hotel's location is also unbeatable-we were able to walk to many different neighborhoods within minutes. The true highlight, however, was the rooftop. The pool area was exquisite, and it felt like we were at a five-star resort somewhere far away from the city. The drinks were fantastic and the atmosphere was very welcoming. I'm already looking forward to my next trip to Madrid and hope to stay at this hotel again!

A wonderful property with beautifully decorated rooms and amenities. My wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon and loved it. The service is quick, attentive, and personalized. The rooftop pool is beautiful and the bartenders are great. The location is very central to a lot of attractions and restaurants, along with the metro. Would definitely stay here again.

Very Very high end hotel Rooms were amazing. Service was always top notch. Great pool deck as well as sauna area(wet,dry). Location is perfect. You will not be disappointed staying here.
