Fantastic staff, very friendly and accommodating with my family. Room was wonderful with a large glass view of the city. Noise was minimal. Infant beds are available. Great coffee shop in the hotel. Marsh House breakfast was great, once again friendly and accommodating to a small child. Location walkable to many restaurants and shops. Valet parking only, convenient. Would stay again!
My girlfriend and I stayed at the Thompson Hotel this past weekend. The service was excellent and the value was superb, even on the extremely busy Friday and Saturday. Check out the view from our corner room on the 11th floor! The glass panels along with the room filled with drinks and food if needed was awesome. We even called guest services when we needed some more toiletries and they came within 15 minutes! Another benefit was how the hotel was located in the Gulch in Nashville, TN. This was a less populated and more enjoyable place of downtown for workout classes, food and walks. The breakfast and coffee shop within the hotel was great. We got a parfait and coffee each morning before we went on a morning walk or to a morning workout at Barry's. Highly recommend and will be back.
Great hotel! Lots of restaurants around the hotel. We got champagne upon arrival. Rooms were clean. The honor bar was pricey. We asked for a mini fridge so we can save money and keep some stuff in the fridge Rooftop bar was great! Would def stay here again!
