I wanted to express my sincere appreciation for the wonderful stay my family and I had at your hotel recently. We truly enjoyed our quick getaway towards the end of the week. Although we encountered a couple of minor issues, your team handled everything with impressive speed and efficiency. The hotel grounds are amazing, and the rooms exceeded our expectations, even surpassing the Ritz in Palm Desert. The staff truly made our stay exceptional. I'd particularly like to thank Erika, Paul, the cleaning crew, the valet crew, and Greg, who assisted us with our room. My aunts continuously remarked on how amazing every member of your staff was. For guests who prefer a quieter experience, I highly recommend booking rooms in the "upper stories" section of the hotel. We were very pleased with our choice once the bar party began area. The exclusive pool and bar area for these rooms also made the upgrade incredibly worthwhile. My family was so impressed that they didn't want to leave and are already planning our next visit.

Amazing hotel in the perfect location. Beautiful rooms and wonderful employees. Greg welcomed us and was easily the most knowledgeable “bellman” ever. The courtesy driver took us to dinner and was nice fun and a great guy! If you are a lap swimmer like me, hit the almost empty pool around 8:30 or 9 am and the sun will illuminate a swim lane in the west side of the pool!!! Awesome hotel. Can’t recommend enough!

We had a lovely stay for my wife’s birthday. Hotel looks beautiful day and night and is in a prime location for Palm Springs. The jewels here are their two restaurants Lola Rose and Bar Issi, you can tell they went all in on ensuring they would be community staples. Dinner at Lola Rose was excellent. Super pet friendly here and staff was pleasant all around. The pool gets busy and can be a bit messy at times, seems the hotel attracts lots of bachelorette and similar style groups. The gym is fantastic! Enjoy a couple of nights here!
