Thon Hotel Brussels City Centre

The best hospitality experience. My suitcase was lost and the reception helped me tremendously. A big shout out to Anna who gave me her blazer so I could go to my very important meeting the next day. I wish every hotel had such nice people at the front desk.

I had the pleasure of dining at the hotel's restaurant during my visit in 2018, and it was a delightful experience in 2025 too! The ambiance was warm and inviting, with attentive staff who made me feel right at home. While the menu didn’t change at all during my week-long stay, the dishes were consistently delicious, showcasing authentic flavors that were clearly prepared with care. The quality of the food was outstanding, and the cozy atmosphere made every meal enjoyable. I’d happily return for another taste of their well-crafted cuisine and excellent service! However, I would like to suggest they allocate a money exchange corner nearby or accept USD or other currencies. I had a problem unless my friend was with me. The location is very good for having access to different cities attractions.

Good location, but a tiny room with weirdly sensitive showers and taps, and no fan. Also, our cards would deactivate every night, so despite coming back late and tired, we would have to line up to remagentize our cards. The housekeeping was the worst of it all, throwing my pyjamas on the floor and not cleaning my room despite leaving a "please clean" sign. Food was decent though and the front desk was nice
