Nice room, nice situated in the city centre. Very good breakfast. The cleaning service of the rooms is not good. They just change the towels and do something with the bed. But cleaning absolutely not. I am staying regularly in the hotel for business, but the service is going down and down.... unfortunately.
Stayed here as part of a cruise booking. We didn't like the room at all - the space was tiny, bathroom door made a horrible squeaking noise when you move it, enough to wake someone up. The tv was hanging crooked and the bed wasn't very comfortable. The staff at the front desk though were lovely and incredibly helpful, including a great dinner recommendation. The breakfast was quite good although on a weekend it starts at 8am, so there was a big queue of people to get in and it filled up quick. Location is central to everything.
Stayed in room 945. Nice view but small bed and terrible soundproofing. As if you’re un both your neighbour’s room or in the streets. Take some earplugs if you want to sleep peacefully
