It was a perfect staying. The staff was very friendly and supporting. Everything in the room was convenient and useful. We park free our motorbike in front,as there was a free space. We ate an excellent breakfast, also. The disadvantage is that is far from the city center so you had to take public transfer, which is not so cheap. We had found the free spaces for motorbikes in the center and easily park there.

The rooms are big and clean. The breakfest is awesome. A shooping mall is near by. (Clothes,Groceries,Hairdresser) But it´s not allowed to drink alcohol in the front of the hotel. and you need a half hour with the bus into the city center of Oslo My opinion the hotel is ok for weekends but not for more than two weeks.

First of all, the rooms and breakfast were decent, however, I will give this a 1/5 to set an example on how to not treat your customers. I had booked two rooms for myself and three others for one night. When we arrived at the hotel, my registration was apparently nowhere to be found. When I showed my receipt I was simply told rather bluntly that I was already checked in. Turns out that my room had been given to someone else who had erroneously listed my name. This was apparently not something the staff could have bothered checking out any closer, despite the other guests having booked two nights instead of one and not being registered with my name. These guests were associated with an event I am part of running, but my reservation was made privately with no direct relation to said event. The only choice I was given was to book two new rooms which were more expensive than my original booking. When the hotel messes up as abysmally as this, it is usually common courtesy to at least upgrade your guests, which we weren’t. I was also not particularly impressed by the staff’s attitude who seemed indifferent in terms of offering basic customer service and I got the feeling the said staff member found our problems amusing. Despite the hotel in of itself being pretty good, I will never stay at Hotel Triaden again, possibly any other Thon hotel by extension, and I will strongly advise that my event never uses this hotel again for our invited guests.
